431 leads at $2.50 each from a single campaign — for a law firm
Legal services: a steady flow of inquiries from two language audiences, plus moving the winning setups into the client’s own ad account.
Starting point
Where things stood
A law firm in Israel handling travel-ban removals, criminal record clearance, business compensation claims, inheritance, and mortgages. The audience: Hebrew-speaking Israelis and Russian-speaking immigrants. Campaigns first ran in a different ad account and were later moved to the client’s own account.
Goal
What needed to happen
The firm needed a steady flow of inquiries across several legal services. Payment was a flat fee for every client brought in, so lead quality mattered as much as lead cost.
Strategy
The plan
Separate campaigns for each language audience, with their own creatives and offers. Two ways to get in touch: an instant form for a quick contact and WhatsApp for a real conversation.
System
How the funnel works
- Meta ads — separate for each language audience
- Instant form or WhatsApp chat
- The lead goes to the client’s lawyers
Execution
What was done
- Launched campaigns for two language audiences, each with its own creatives and offers
- Used two formats: instant forms and WhatsApp chats
- Tested different angles: urgency (travel bans), trust (closed cases), and educational content
- Moved the proven setups to the client’s account with no drop in performance
- Also tested new practice areas: inheritance, mortgages, criminal cases

Takeaway
What the project showed
Working setups can be moved to a new ad account without losing performance — as long as you keep the campaign structure, audiences, and offers.

What happened next
The client didn’t share data on closed cases — my responsibility ended at the lead. They’re still working with me and have paid for every client I’ve brought in the entire time.
