Privacy policy
How I collect, use, and protect your data on zagoruico.com.
1. Who is responsible for data processing
The data controller is Dmitriy Zagoruiko (ZG Media), an individual providing digital marketing services. Contact for data questions: .
2. What data is collected
Through the quick request I collect: name, phone number, business niche, social handle (optional) and a convenient time for a call. Through the “Project review” questionnaire: name, company name, email, preferred contact method and contact (Telegram, WhatsApp or phone), answers about your business and goal, and a convenient time for a call. You enter this data voluntarily so I can contact you and prepare for our conversation.
Technical data is saved along with the form: landing page, traffic source (including UTM tags), language and device type, submission time. If you consent to cookies, analytics and ad pixel data are also collected (section 4).
3. What the data is used for
- To respond to your request and discuss the project;
- To understand how people use the site and improve it (analytics);
- To show relevant ads and measure their effectiveness, including through retargeting (ad pixels);
- For business correspondence and, where necessary, to comply with legal requirements.
4. Analytics and ad pixels
With your consent, the site may use: Google Analytics (GA4) — Google LLC (policy); Meta Pixel — Meta Platforms, Inc. (policy); TikTok Pixel — TikTok Inc./ByteDance (policy). These services may set cookies and transfer data to other countries, including the US, based on standard contractual clauses.
5. Request processing services
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Your request is stored on the hosting server and forwarded to me on Telegram so I can reply quickly. The data is shared only to deliver your request and isn’t used by these services for anything else.
6. Cookies and local storage
Without your consent, the site stores only what it needs to work in your browser: your language, your choice in the cookie window, the source of your first and most recent visit (UTM tags, so I know where a request came from), and a draft of the questionnaire if you didn’t finish it. This data stays on your device and reaches me only together with a request you send.
The cookie window offers three options: “Allow all” — analytics and ad pixels (section 4); “Analytics only” — Google Analytics without ad pixels; “Decline” — none of these load. The site works fully whatever you choose. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
7. Legal basis
Form data is processed based on your consent and legitimate interest — to respond to a business inquiry. Analytics and pixel data — based on consent (GDPR for visitors from the EU).
8. Retention period
Form data is kept no longer than needed to respond and for business correspondence, usually no more than 24 months after the last contact. Analytics data — according to the service settings (GA4 — up to 14 months).
9. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent and, where applicable, file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to .
10. Transfer to third parties
Data is not sold. It’s shared only with the services in sections 4 and 5 and may be disclosed if required by law.
