End-to-end analytics

Analytics that shows which ads make money

Every platform takes credit for the same sale. Until you can trace a lead from the click to the payment, every budget decision is a guess.

For businesses with multiple ad channels, a sales team, or a CRM — and anyone who can’t answer “What does a customer from ads actually cost us?”

Why it happens

Why this happens

Analytics usually gets pieced together along the way: the pixel went in at launch, the site form sends an email, and the customer list lives somewhere else. Each piece works on its own, but together they don’t tell you the full story.

Every platform wants to look like it did all the work. Without an independent source of truth — your own sales data — you can’t compare channels.

What I do

What’s included

  1. 01

    Tracking plan

A document that spells out what we track, where, and why. It’s yours to keep, even if you switch agencies.

  2. 02

    Consistent link tagging (UTM)

One set of tagging rules for every channel and everyone who launches ads.

  3. 03

    GA4 and GTM

Clean tracking of leads and sales on your site — no duplicates, no junk.

  4. 04

Feeding data back to the ads

The algorithm gets accurate lead data and learns to find more customers like them (Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API).

  5. 05

    CRM integration

The ad source is saved on every lead record, and deal stages are synced back to the ad platforms.

  6. 06

    Reporting on revenue, not clicks

One dashboard: where leads came from → how many were qualified → how many closed → how much revenue.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an expensive attribution platform?

For most small and mid-sized businesses, no. GA4, GTM, server-side events, and a properly set-up CRM cover the essentials. Paid attribution tools make sense once you have lots of channels and volume.

Which CRMs do you support?

The approach works with any CRM that has an API or webhooks. I’ll scope your specific setup after the review.

Can this be done without ads?

Yes, it’s a standalone service. Many clients start here: get visibility first, then make changes.
